Our musicians are accomplished, experienced and extremely energetic and interactive. They are some of New York City’s most celebrated vocalists and instrumentalists, each with their own impressive resume. Most have toured or recorded with national acts such as Stevie Wonder, Paula Abdul, Lionel Richie, Mary J. Blige, and many more.
We can structure your Live/DJ Fusion package to include one of our seasoned Party-Percussionists, male or female vocalists (or both), the Premier Source Dancing Horns, Electric Violin, solo brass or saxophone, or any combination of the above. No matter which package you choose, our musicians won’t just stand there and go through the motions. Karen J, born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, was a member of Warner Bros. Records female singing group Phajja. While touring the world promoting their projects, appearing on B.E.T., Soul Train, Oprah, Smash Awards –London, They released two albums to rave reviews. She continues to blaze a musical path, having appeared on NBC primetime show The Singing Bee, and songwriting for Bad Boy Entertainment.

Grammy nominee and performer Antwon has been a fixture on the Greenwich Village music scene for over a decade. With his Grammy nominations for his work in the movie August Rush and the song "Raise It Up", Antwon has worked with the best of the best. Performing alongside Stevie Wonder, Prince, Brian McKnight and Tina Marie, he is one of today's most accomplished musicians. Premier Source is very proud to feature Antwon. Cheryl has worked with some of R & B and Rock's most influential stars. She has recorded and/or toured with many notable artists, including Mary J. Blige, Jennifer Lopez, Angie Stone, Celine Dion, Matchbox Twenty, Missy Elliot, Eve, Jessica Simpson, and Chico DeBarge. Currently, Cheryl can be found performing nightly in some of NYC's most prestigious West Village night clubs.

Saxophonist, Dave, is a graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. Some of his credits include appearing on MTV, Live @ Five, CBS, FOX and writing for PBS. During his career, Dave has performed and /or recorded with: Roy Ayers, Nile Rodgers, Marc Egan, Marc Ribot, Danny Gottlieb, Delfeayo Marsalis, Victor Jones, John Hicks, Robin Eubanks, The Brand New Heavies, P-Funk, Eddie Hazel, Groove Collective, Gil Scott Heron, Brian Jackson, Blue Man Group, G Love and Special Sauce, and many others.

Saxophonist, Eric, graduated from The State University of New York at Purchase with a degree in Jazz Performance. Since his emergence on the NYC music scene over a decade ago, Eric has proven himself to be one of the tri-state area's leading performers. Sharing the stage with such greats as John Mayer, Gavin Degraw, La La Brown, Richie Canata and Paul Shaffer, Eric has directed and performed with some of the world's best bands. Whether playing smooth jazz at your cocktail hour or exciting the audience with his screaming saxophone, Eric is by far one of the most proficient horn players and performers in the industry today.
Trombonist, Marques, is a versatile and dynamic trombone performer whose expertise spans a huge array of musical genres. Marques, formerly a student of Julliard, is among the world's most proficient Latin, jazz, R&B and classical trombonists. He currently holds the Co-principal Trombonist seat in the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra. When in NYC Marques can be found putting that extra "pop" into your cocktail hours or dancing the night away with our Premier Source Dancing Horn sections.
Trumpeter, Shareef, started out as a youngster, graduating from the prestigious New World School of the Arts. In 2007 Shareef recorded "Urban Folktales" with Bobby Sanabria which was nominated for a Grammy. From that point on, his career flourished as he performed with artists such as Stevie Wonder, Wynton Marsalis, Melton Mustafa, Luis Miguel, Milo Z, Bobby Sanabria, David Sanchez, Candido, Cecil Bridgewater, and many more.
Born in N.Y.C. and hailing from Long Island N.Y., Jules is the drummer for the legendary rock band Blue Oyster Cult. A master of his craft, Jules will add the perfect blend of precision and energy to any affair.
A cultural polymath, for over a decade, Courtnee's vast understanding of what excites and inspires has kept her on the cutting edge of the tri-state area's music scene. Courtnee is recognized as a multi talented entertainer all over the country. Her musical touch has been described as "authentic" and "aggressive" by music critics in and around New York City. Courtnee's ability to perform and connect with audiences is guaranteed to electrify any crowd.
Throughout his career to date, Bendji has performed, recorded and/or toured with such notable acts as Def Jam recording artist Chrisette Michele, RCA artist Elle Varner, GFCNY artist Jade, Jermaine Paul, and Tonex to name a few. He has also been seen on VH1's Love and Hip Hop as well as BET Music Matters. Bendji, one of the tri-state areas most experienced party drummers and is sure to bring that extra "flare" to your event.
Born and raised in Putnam County, NY, Pete has been mesmerizing audiences across the tri-state area for nearly a decade. Known for his high-octane djembe performances and awe-inspiring hand drumming, Pete is sure to add that live flair to your event!
